WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT THE BOOGIE!
This was my first Boogie and I was not let down in my expectations (except for what that little wench, Mother Nature, did at the end!). Great bands, many new to me and many now in my iTunes collection after hearing them.
I have to echo the comment about bringing Dana back as well...I'd listened to her stuff on iTunes and wasn't that bowled over, but hearing her live was ENTIRELY different. She was amazing. I bought the DVD so I can relive the experience.
I'll be back next year, that's for sure!

This was our second boogie and it was just as great (better) than last year. We come up from Long Island, NY. Love the music, the people, the scenery. Thanks for a great time!

Brad, Mike and all the volunteers/vendors once again put on a tremendous weekend. It was my 7th year in a row and The Boogie gets better every year. What can beat Mike Zito just wailing on a Sun afternoon in the mountains? Maybe it's John Nemith and crew...maybe Elvin Bishop and Ronnie Baker Brooks with an unreal encore just before the fireworks on Sat...maybe Eden Brent wowing a crowd of about 200ppl in the rain on Sun at 11a....maybe Biscuit Miller putting the crowd in the palm of his hands on Fri...maybe it's John Lee Hooker Jr. belting out notes while putting the crowd in a great mood on Sat afternnon...maybe it's acoustic Camground creatures playing until 1a or so on Sun morn... maybe it's the GR #3/4 crew sacrificing a watermelon while listening to new CD's by Honey Island Swamp Band and Ruthie Foster....aw heck, all these things and many, many more great memories from The 2010 Boogie cannot but topped but I sure do know that 2011 will try like heck! Tell anyone who matters in your life that if they like live music, non-stop fun, and meeting terrific people along the way, they need to attend The Boogie.

I have been coming to NH since the 70’s and I never heard or read anything about your festival until I saw a guy wearing one of your shirts at the Berlin (Ct ) Blues Festival.
He told me all about yours and we made it up for the FIRST time this year. It WON’T be the last. Great show, Nice grounds, Good sound system, Beautiful surroundings. I guess my point is you could use a little advertising at some of the various music fests held in New England.
We go to Berlin every year, the Bangor festival, and several other shows around New England. If I had even seen a flyer for your festival I am sure that I would have been there before now. We met people from Maine, New Hampshire and Ct at your grounds, and I was surprised at how many said they only about it because of word of mouth advertising. One guy said that like me he had been coming to the area for years and did not know it existed. Anyway, keep up the Great Work. I have spread the word to several of my blues loving friends.

Thank you for putting on a great festival! We couldn’t of asked for anything more..…
We sat in the reserved seating, second row center. The music was fantastic, the fans were fun and friendly, the vendors had great products at good prices (infact, next year I am not bringing any food with us and will buy it all on-site). I didn’t think the fireworks were ever going to stop….. they were terrific. Camping was fantastic as well. I can not wait til the 2009 festival!
This year my goal is to bring more friends with us so they can experience it. Keep up the great work!
By the way - thank you to the folks that stood guard at the reserved seating entrance…. That is a tough job and they did a great job with a smile on their faces. I think its time for more seats - they will sell!!!!

The Boogie was fantastic…
I don’t know how you are able to get such great people, but year after year you do!!!!! just wanted to add my comments to this years success!!! The reserved seating was great…..I didn’t have one of those seats, but was sitting right behing them and I had a clear shot to the stage…..much nicer.
Also was wondering if someone like Grace Potter and the Nocturnals from Burlington, Vt. would be someone you would be interested in??? they are a local group and are very bluezy, rock , you name it!!!
Just want to let you know that I had a fantastic time yet again……..and rain…..no problem…thanks for asking people to put down their umbrellas!
Keep up the good work…and I will be back next year!!

I attended the White Mountain Boogie and Blues Festival for the first time this year and I had a blast!
I’ll be back with my friends next year. Thanks to you and all the volunteers for your efforts to make this happen.
It’s Great!

Brad and Mike-Congratulations on presenting the absolute best blues festival New Hampshire has ever seen!
It’s no surprise that these bands want to come back again. Your entire staff did a great job! The Common Man was a great addition to your vendor line-up. TJ Wheeler, the old educator, added a nice touch to the festival. The Pemi, though, was a little too cold, but that didn’t keep me out.
We camped at Pirates Point. That’s the way to go. My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday at “the boogie.” What a place to celebrate! We’re ready for next year, Seats row 2, #’s 1 &2, and have every confidence that you guys will put on another truly memorable experience. Have a wonderful fall and good blues to ‘ya!!!

HEY,HEY THE BLUES ARE ALRIGHT!
Early in 2008 I stumbled upon information on your event.
We usually do an annual “Spring-up” golf event in the Plymouth area, and have done Bike Week for years. So I mentioned the Fest to a couple of other friends and we decided to give it a try.
Needless to say, we are making the White Mountain Boogie ‘n Blues Blues Fest an annual event. (Can you book that fabulous thunder and lightening show again?!!!) For years, our small group makes plans to attend as many blues events as possible. We find and try new events in order to replace others we feel have not lived up to our expectations. Your event is a nice jewel that has flawless qualities and is still not oversized!! (I’m certain you have problems behind the “scenes” but that is live entertainment for you!)
Good Luck with your plans for 2009. (We just saw Albert Cummings, again, at Chan’s in Woonsocket, RI.) And we will see you all soon!
