Blues Festival in New England

I paid for my ticket a few weeks ago but have not recieved them as yet. I assumed that since I was asked for my address that they would be mailed to me. Since I have not recieved them I would hope that you will have them held at your check in table. Your site does not clearly address how I recieve the tickets.

There was an issue with emails from PayPal getting caught in the spam filter.
I believe things are corrected and those in the Spam folder were retrieved and dealt with.
