Boogie status (due to the recent heavy rains)

Post by mooseantlers »

Would like to know if the heavy rains (and flooding) have caused any 'issues' with the concert. Am a 'local' and have heard that areas near Thornton were hit pretty hard (roads being washed out, etc.). Any info would be very helpful.

Thanks!

Brad emailed me today on this and said, "the storm damage was not to the festival
area but to rte 175 outside the restaurant and the state has made the
repairs necessary to the road. We did get some flooding in camp ground
but it was minimal . We evacuated all campers that were down by the
river and we thank them for their cooperation."

Sounds like we're good to go!
But, I will tell you that this area (I live in Plymouth) has seen quite a few bad storms.
House near me got hit by lightning Monday.
And Thornton/Campton/Waterville has seen the greater share of real bad stuff.

So, everyone, do your Hoopy Hoopy No Rain on the Boogie Dance!
